Teranex ponúka viac možností konverzie ako ktorékoľvek iné zariadenie. Zahŕňa ultra-kvalitné odstránenie prekladania riadkov - "de-interalcing", up konverziu, down konverziu, SD a HD cross/štandard konverziu, automatickú detekciu kadencie a dokonca odstránenia artefaktov pri úprave videa alebo redukciu šumu. Samozrejmosťou je možnosť voľby rôznych pomerov strán a veľkostí obrazu. Všetko s úplným timecodom a multikanálovým zvukom.
Teranex je výborný pre live produkciu, ale vďaka vstavanému Thunderbolt™ portu, môže byť použitý aj pre čistenie a konverziu autorského obsahu ako aj na záznam a prehrávanie videa pri úprave a efektovaní.
